From Issuu Without Account Free Apps From
You need to go into your Microsoft account settings an 'remove' the device from there.-> Go to account.microsoft.com/devices, sign in, and find the device you want to remove.-> Select Show details to see info for that device.-> Under your device's name, select Manage > Remove.After you've done this, you will be able to install free apps from Microsoft Store without signing into your Microsoft account. One group of people is saying you can get rid of the sign-in prompt just by pressing the X button, and the other group saying the sign-in prompt won't go away.Both are true, because Windows 10 behaves in two different ways depending on -A - If you have never used any Microsoft account on this device, you can close the sign-in prompt without any problem.B - If you have ever used any Microsoft account on this device (or used it to switch out from Windows 'S' Mode), Windows will keep asking you to sign-in, even for installing free apps.The solution is simple but Microsoft will not tell you this. The user is now using the old Snipping Tool program as a workaround, but I can't imagine this won't come up in the future with this or another program.I know why different people are reporting two different behaviors here. I wondered if it was a user rights issue, so I logged into the computer myself, however Snip and Sketch seems to be a per-user application and it does not give me the option to reinstall it or install it for all users.Does anyone know a workaround for this? I searched Google for an offline Snip and Sketch installer to no avail. While logged in as the user, the Microsoft Store program is insisting that I sign into a Microsoft account to install Snip and Sketch, and it will not accept our onsite AD accounts as valid. When I link the user's onsite AD account in the Microsoft Store using the sign in button at the top right, it still demands a Microsoft account when trying to install the program.2.
